Mandalorian and Grogu - Headband Ears

This is a digital 3D printable model of Grogu’s ears that can be attached to a headband using our hexagonal pegs and zip ties. I designed it as a quick and cute costume accessory for the Mandalorian and Grogu movie premiere! ✨

📦 Included Files

• STL ( pre-oriented, fits 200mm printer beds)

• Feel free to scale the model to fit your needs.

🖨️ Printer Settings

• Layer height: 0.15 mm
• Infill: 0% (ears) 10% (pegs)
• Supports: Off
• Filament used: 50g
• Printing time: 1 hour
• Materials used: PLA PolyTerraMint

🛠️ Assembly

Use a wire, string or zip tie to attach the pegs to your headband.
Print the ears with 0% infill to keep them lightweight. Then just slide the ears onto the pegs! You can also secure them with a bit of super glue if needed 🙌
Please note: the headband file is not included. I recommend using a real metal headband, since 3D printed headbands usually don’t hold up very well.
